I. Horizontal Work

1. Where there is sufficient room...看錢

(1) Space out stanchions an生白d lay rail tubes along門這side where handrail 謝議is to be erected.

(2) Pull stanchion onto pipe fr做廠om either end to opposite where they ar音都e to be fixed.

(3) Stand up system and tem農好porarily bolt both end sta亮科nchions for safety.

(4) Position and bolt問外 intermediate stanchion問匠s. Pack either side of base plate校訊 with shims to align system if necess暗離ary.

2. Where there is insuffi房物cient room ...

(1) Fix the end stanchion securel錢舞y in position, then feed 站的both handrail and kneer雪在ail into stanchion while嗎是 supporting other

end of pipe until othe費海r stanchions can be placed紙外.

(2) Place a brick or similar support 船能under base plate until nex stanchion is商短 fed onto pipe.

(3) Move brick to this stanchion and pr路南oceed to pull previou離習s stanchion along pipe to i家醫ts final position.

(4) Bole loosely and repeat暗什 operation as previou做行s sequence.

II. Stairway Work

(1) Start at bottom of first flight 鐵國and work up for SAFETY.兒子

(3) Feed the pipe down 可老through No. 2 stanchion不銀 and just enter No. 1 halfway請家. Allow free end to hang.

(4) Feed mid rail through No. 2 stanchi著到on and right through No. 1 approx弟國. 75mm.

(5) Fit and securely fix angle closu媽林rer bend, either by slip j風湖oint and taperpin or tack wel都資ding.

(6) Feed and fix additional stanchion 草行and tighten.
